Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for returns:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The packing slip or proof of purchase must be included.

How to request a return: Contact us at hajo.akkerdaas@hotmail.com. After approval, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
