Terms and conditions

Article 1 - Definitions In these terms and conditions, 'Muraano' refers to the user of these general terms and conditions and 'Customer' refers to the other party.

Article 2 - Applicability These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Muraano and to every agreement concluded between Muraano and the customer.

Article 3 - The Offer If an offer has a limited validity period or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. We are not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in the offer on the website.

Article 4 - Payment The customer must make payments using the payment methods offered on the website.

Article 5 - Complaints Procedure Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to hajo.akkerdaas@hotmail.com within a reasonable time after the customer has discovered the defects.

Article 6 - Disputes Agreements between Muraano and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
